Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Tractor Driver on large-scale construction sites or civil engineering projects. Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly within high-risk environments such as nuclear power stations. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, following site instructions and maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
