About You
We’re seeking a Business Partner Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our wholesale partners and Trooli Wholesale. You’ll be responsible for building strong, loyal relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and identifying new opportunities to enhance revenue and service offerings.
The Role
As Business Partner Manager, you will have a deep understanding of the partner's business, their values and their goals. You will be their primary point of contact for all commercial enquiries, managing their requirements and resolving any escalated issues.
More Specifically, You Will Be
* Leading on ensuring the wholesale partner contractual promises are delivered.
* Developing and executing account management strategies and plans to meet trading targets, ensuring profitability and growth.
* Holding monthly account reviews with partners, at the partner’s premises.
* Identifying win: win opportunities, by analysing partner KPI performance; market trends; Trooli Wholesale products and services, to identify growth opportunities and executing them.
* Acting as a commercial liaison between Trooli and the partner, communicating updates and resolving any commercial challenges.
* Leading on projects which provide a commercial benefit to both the partner and Trooli.
* Attending appropriate and relevant industry events, where partners may be present.
Skills And Experience
* A proven track record in a similar business customer facing role, preferably in indirect sales.
* Prior experience delivering and exceeding trading targets and account management KPIs.
* Strong collaborator with internal and external colleagues.
* Proven commercial acumen.
* Knowledge of Wholesale in a Telecoms environment, products/services and infrastructure.
* Confident presenter.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders up to C-Level.
