Applications are invited from candidates with insurance or insurance related experience, perhaps having worked as a Sales Agent / Telesales Associate / / Customer Services Agent / Retentions Advisor /Call Centre Agent/ Inbound and Outbound Call Handling / Telesales / Renewal Agent / Retentions Call Handler Base Salary : £24,000-£28,000 (Dependent on experience) rising to £30,000 based on experience. Please note for the higher end salaries you MUST have insurance experience. Plus: Unlimited monthly bonus scheme with an OTE increase by approx. £6,000 annually, no legal obligation. The Role: Applicants will need to offer experience of working in busy targeted sales /retention / customer services environments, ideally with some exposure to house / household related insurance products. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting with developing and retaining sales opportunities Handling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions Promoting the portfolio of insurance products and services Cross selling opportunities and passing leads to relevant teams Reacting to email lead and online enquiries to try and convert sales Handle objections to retain clients looking to change or cancel services Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening Responding to emails and online enquiries and managing your own ring backs Maintaining your administrative tasks Customer services and ensuring excellence in every call Interested?
