Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation, who are looking to appoint a HR Transformation Manager on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a part-time position based in Lincolnshire, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (FTE).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of change transformation and project management.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Overseeing project focused on aligning terms and conditions of employment across three employers in a partnership, with the aim of ensuring consistency and compliance
2. Reviewing and assessing the data and reports generated, providing insights and recommendations for the final stages of implementation
3. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the alignment of terms and conditions meets their expectations and requirements
4. Developing and managing detailed project plans with concise timelines, maintaining associated reports and decision records, for future reference
5. Developing reporting and information for organisation’s decision and updates, including union and political member engagement
