This role combines technical leadership with project management responsibilities, working with multi-disciplinary teams including hardware, electronics, firmware, and software engineers. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader who can facilitate complex engineering discussions, drive R&D initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery while working collaboratively with various engineering team leaders. The role is primarily office-based with some flexible working and immediate availability.
