Interim Global Head of Reward Opportunity
We’re thrilled to be supporting a highly successful global innovator in their search for an Interim Global Head of Reward. This fast-paced and ambitious organisation has grown rapidly through acquisitions and is now focused on shaping its future.
Leading a passionate and dedicated HR team, you’ll take ownership of curating and delivering a forward-thinking reward strategy to drive engagement, retention, and attraction.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and implement a global compensation & benefits strategy.
✔️ Advise on innovative, creative ways to reward and retain talent.
✔️ Manage the full reward lifecycle: benchmarking, harmonisation, and analytics.
✔️ Lead on executive compensation, including RemCo and NomCo responsibilities.
✔️ Design and implement innovative incentive schemes especially at exec level.
✔️ Act as the Global Reward ambassador, providing strategic insight and value-added advice.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll need proven senior reward expertise within a complex, global, matrixed organisation. A strong leader, you’ll be adept at managing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partnerships, delivering real impact in a high-growth environment. A deep working knowledge recent RemCo/NomCo expertise within a plc business is paramount as is your ability to create innovative incentive plans that have underpinned high performance.
Contract:
Initially 6 months with the potential to be permanent.
Location & Flexibility:
This is a hybrid/remote role, ideally with the ability to commute to Berkshire (M4 corridor) on an ad hoc basis.
