As a Returns Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all returned stock is received, identified, and processed efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Accurately identify, check, and document all returned stock, ensuring compliance with customer agreements and company policies. Work closely with the warehouse replenishment, buying, and accounts teams to manage stock movements, credits, and any necessary returns to suppliers. Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and data log systems to track stock movements and maintain accurate records. Respond to customer enquiries and emails, ensuring smooth communication regarding returns. Comply with all health, safety, and housekeeping standards, keeping the workspace safe and organized.
