St Columba's Catholic Primary is a joyful and nurturing school for children aged 3-11. As part of the Blessed Christopher Wharton Catholic Academy Trust - comprising 17 primaries and two secondaries - we work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, faith-based education. The Role
We're looking for a Deputy Headteacher who can promote excellence, support staff development, and help guide the strategic vision of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire teaching and learning through effective leadership and high expectations
Support and challenge staff to achieve their best
Use data to drive school improvement
Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing across school life
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety are central to all decisions
Develop relationships with families, parishes, and the wider community
Work closely with the Headteacher, Academy Council, and Trust Board
