Asa SeniorDutymanager you will have overallresponsibility for managinglifeguard team and swim programme andresponsible for all wet operations.You will work closely along sidethe Swim and General Managers to improvethe centres pool operationsand working towards providing the best customerexperience possible.2 3 Duty Manager shifts a week which could be earlymorning or lateevenings.

* Someone who canestablish and maintain excellent relationships with our customersand potential customers handling and escalating complaints whereappropriate
* Passion for fitness and helpingothers
* Experience working in a multifacetedbusiness with swimming facilities
* Experienceof working in a Supervisor/Duty Manager role.
* You must be able to swim and pass an NPLQ (Ideally NPLQQualified already)
* Experience of working inwet operations (lifeguarding swim teaching or TrainerAssessor)
* Ability to work open and close thefacility and work someweekends.
