Role Overview:
As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our IT systems, ensuring seamless integration across departments to support business growth.
You will work alongside the Head of Marketing, the Operations team, and the Sales department to provide technological solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and improve marketing performance.
This position requires a tech-savvy professional who understands business processes and is eager to innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
* Be an expert in HubSpot, managing and optimising the CRM to align with Marketing and Sales goals.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to support digital marketing efforts, including HubSpot integrations, data tracking, and analytics.
* Work with the Sales Manager to ensure systems effectively capture and utilise lead data for conversion optimisation.
* Implement and maintain automation tools to enhance operational and marketing workflows.
* Manage and optimise cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalability and efficiency.
* Provide strategic guidance on IT-related business decisions to improve cross-departmental collaboration.
* Set up, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Take ownership of cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safeguarding customer and business data.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure technology aligns with business goals.
* Track, analyse, and report on IT system performance, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
* Provide IT support and troubleshooting for internal teams and remote staff.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an IT Management role, preferably in a marketing-driven business environment.
* Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including automation, data analytics, and integration capabilities.
* Ability to integrate Marketing and Sales technology to enhance business operations and customer experience.
* Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Experience in managing IT budgets and strategic planning.
* Must be based in Manchester and able to commute to our offices in Middleton.

Website & Server Management:
* Monitor and maintain server and website health, ensuring 24/7 uptime and optimal performance.
* Update and secure WordPress, themes, and plugins.
* Optimize websites for speed, spam prevention, and functionality.
* Manage APIs to ensure seamless data flow to HubSpot.
Account Management & Google Workspace:
* Create, disable, and manage user accounts.
* Oversee password management and maintain the Google Workspace ecosystem, including storage, spam filters, and group management.
HubSpot Administration:
* Serve as the HubSpot expert, managing CRM integrations, automations, and analytics.
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance across departments.
* Manage data cleaning, backups, and compliance efforts.
Aircall & Communication Systems:
* Configure and manage IVR systems, monitor spam scores, and ensure seamless communication across six phone lines.
* Resolve technical issues, both platform-based and user-local.
Collaboration & Strategy:
* Partner with the Head of Marketing to support digital campaigns, track data, and integrate technology for optimal results.
* Work with the sales team to improve lead data utilization and conversion strategies.
* Provide strategic IT guidance to improve cross-departmental collaboration.
Technical Support & Innovation:
* Provide IT support to internal and remote teams.
* Explore new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role in a marketing-driven business environment.
* Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including automations, integrations, and analytics.
* Solid experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud).
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, with additional knowledge of other programming languages like Python, PHP, or SQL considered a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
* Ability to manage IT budgets and align technology with business goals.
* Must be based in Manchester and able to commute to our Middleton office.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
