Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting for Despatch Administrator to work with our established client in Loughborough. This is a key role where you’ll ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and deliveries are scheduled on time. You will liaise with sales, transport teams, and hauliers, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Job Details:
1. 7:30am - 4:30pm
2. Monday - Friday
3. £11.44 per hour
4. Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
5. Process customer orders, produce works orders, and delivery paperwork.
6. Coordinate customer deliveries and communicate with sales teams and transport providers.
7. Manage stock levels, report shortages, and ensure all movements are recorded.
8. Support the team in meeting targets and addressing errors or inefficiencies.
9. Assist with annual stock takes and investigations into non-conformance.
10. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
11. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in One Office being an advantage.
14. Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure.
15. A good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
16. Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
