Role Description This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor, located on-site in Pulborough. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects. The candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial aspects of construction projects. Qualifications Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills Experience in preparation and management of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Proficiency in Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Pulborough Experience in residential construction projects Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying Experience placing sub contract packages and buying materials
