Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Wickford, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £30k + Training & Benefits
Our client is seeking a dynamic Asbestos Administrator / Coordinator for a privately-owned Asbestos company, with a friendly team and busy client portfolio. You will be providing robust and reactive administrative support to internal staff members, through appointment management and processing sensitive data. Candidates must be professional and able to adapt to changing client requirements. They are offering competitive salaries and great training and benefits.
Experience / Qualifications:
1. Must have experience working for an Asbestos Consultancy within an administrative capacity
2. Good knowledge of the asbestos industry / processes, such as surveying
3. It would be beneficial to hold industry qualifications, such as: BOHS P401 and / or P402
4. Excellent organisation skills
5. Strong written ability
6. Comfortable using IT applications such as: Microsoft Office and TEAMS / Tracker
The Role:
1. Providing administrative support to a busy Asbestos Consultancy to ensure smooth delivery of projects
2. Managing a diary for asbestos site staff, i.e. arranging appointments and allocating works
3. Handling incoming enquiries from clients via telephone and email
4. Working to agreed KPIs and SLAs
5. Processing survey reports, both quality checking and issuing to clients
6. Updating company databases and inputting analysis results
7. Maintaining office supply levels
