We are seeking a skilled and passionate HR Professional with experience in the equestrian field to join our dedicated team on a self-employed basis. This part-time role will support our organization in key HR functions, contributing to the success and well-being of our staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling & Rotas: Develop and manage staff rotas to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Staff Reviews & Development Programs: Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
* DBS Checks: Process and ensure up-to-date DBS checks for staff and volunteers to comply with safeguarding protocols.
* Volunteer Engagement & Monitoring: Oversee the engagement and development of volunteers, creating a positive and productive environment.
* Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the accounts team to manage payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Team Communication: Act as a liaison between staff, volunteers, and the accounts team, fostering clear communication and an inclusive culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
* CIPD Level 3 Qualification (Preferred)
* Proven HR experience, preferably within the equestrian or a related environment
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
* Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
