Partnerships Manager Overview: This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact area within Firenze Group, driving the adoption of Lombard lending and strengthening our partnerships with leading advisors, wealth management firms and investment platforms. You will be the key relationship holder for our most important clients, with a combined AuM of £50bn, and quickly growing. You will work closely with our Head of Revenue and Head of Credit to design and implement firm-wide engagement initiatives within wealth management firms to grow our loan book and help shape the product and strategy. Location : London, with hybrid working. The successful candidate would be required to travel within the UK where our partners are based, and also spend one day a month in our Manchester office with the wider team. The Role: The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in embedding Firenze’s Lombard lending solution within wealth management firms and IFAs. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships, providing expertise on the benefits of Lombard lending, and driving loan book growth within regulatory frameworks. As a key contributor to the success of our lending program, the Partnerships Manager will work closely with wealth managers and IFAs to ensure seamless integration, training, and ongoing support for our lending solution. Key Responsibilities : 1. Partnership Development - build and maintain strong relationships with wealth managers, IFAs, and other financial professionals, and act as the primary point of contact to foster long-term collaboration. 2. Training and Enablement - develop and deliver tailored training sessions to advisors, helping them understand and effectively use Firenze's Lombard lending products. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure adoption and success within partner organisations. 3. Loan Book Growth - Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for loan origination and portfolio growth and be comfortable owning a revenue target. Work with the sales, marketing and product teams to create campaigns that drive engagement and adoption of Lombard lending. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in partnership effectiveness. 4. Compliance and Risk Management - ensure all partnerships comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Support partners in understanding and adhering to lending requirements and risk management practices. 5. Strategic Contribution - p rovide market insights and feedback to help shape product development and strategy within Firenze. You Should Apply If You Have: · Experience: 4 years of working in industry, with a Bachelor’s degree · Financial Services Expertise: Proven experience in wealth management, lending, or related financial services, with a solid understanding of Lombard lending or collateralized lending. AND / OR · Partnership Management: Track record of successfully managing and growing B2B partnerships, preferably in the financial sector. · Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, preferably related to lending. · Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
