If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Care Experienced Service. You will: Be responsible for the leadership and management of a care experienced team, ensuring that staff are well supported and our young people receive responsive services which meets their needs, safeguards and promotes their welfare. Provide service improvement as part of a shared plan, ensuring allocation of Personal Advisors and support to young people from the age of 16 up to 25 years. Actively promote and contribute to transition planning, guiding our young people through this process of change and enabling them to achieve their full potential. Work alongside 2 Team Managers to achieve consistency of practice, embed a positive and energised culture, setting and maintaining high standards of practice. Work alongside partners to support the overall needs and enhance the opportunities available to our care experienced young people.
