Meraki Talent’s investment client is actively looking for a Senior Change Analyst (Custody) to work within their existing team on a business-critical piece of work. First and foremost, our client is looking for someone who truly understands Custody, Middle Office processes, Settlement Processes, UK CREST. With that in mind, our client will look towards someone who is perhaps and experienced Change/Project Manager, or Business/Change/Project Analyst who has the Custody and Settlement knowledge, and will also look at a Custody/UK CREST SME, who wants to move into a more project focused role.
Responsibilities of the Senior Change Analyst (Custody)
- Analysing business processes and data flow, as well as new business requirements
- Defining problem areas and translating into requirements.
- Documenting new / improved processes and change specs
- Leading, planning, reporting projects
- Preparing project and quality plans
- Managing change control procedures, ensuring deliverables are completed
Background of the Senior Change Analyst (Custody)
- A solid knowledge of UK Custody is absolutely essential for this role
- Experience working within a project or process environment
- A broad knowledge of Middle Office processes would be very helpful for this role
- Governance mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills essential
