We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, and as a Welcome Host, you’ll be the first friendly face customers see, setting the tone for an outstanding shopping experience. Role Overview: As a Welcome Host, you’ll create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, greeting them on arrival and assisting with any queries. You’ll be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed during their visit. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and ensure they feel appreciated from the moment they arrive. Provide helpful information about the store layout, promotions, and services. Assist customers with directions to specific departments or facilities. Handle customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary. Support the team by promoting current offers, events, and loyalty programs. Maintain a tidy and presentable entrance and information area. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the store. What We’re Looking For: A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people from all walks of life. Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
