Job Description
This Data Driven Customer Insight Specialist role involves working closely with our client to understand their business needs and provide data-driven insights to support their decision-making. You will manage profiles, perform daily review of profile merges and maintenance of data changes, and create reports in Microstrategy (regular and ad-hoc).
You will also be responsible for maintaining data quality and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
* Daily review of profile merges and maintenance of data changes.
* Create reports in Microstrategy (regular and ad-hoc) to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights.
Requirements
* Advanced Excel skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
* Working knowledge of Tableau and Microstrategy.
* Good understanding of data querying concepts.
* Experience/knowledge in report building on a dossier-based platform (preferably Microstrategy).
Benefits
A competitive salary of £16.21-27.00 per hour PAYE / £18.17-30.29 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35), depending on experience and qualifications. Our company offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 5 days/fortnight on-site in Tadworth, UK.
