Managing client enquiries from first contact to final product delivery
Advising clients on the best products for their needs
Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing
Coordinating with suppliers and external companies to secure the right products
Tracking orders and ensuring smooth delivery to customers
Handling aftersales queries and resolving any issues
Supporting colleagues and providing holiday cover when neededWhat we're looking for:
At least two years' experience in a customer service, sales support, or coordination role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in handling client interactions via phone and email
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
