You’ll design dynamic lesson plans, develop comprehensive course materials, and create assessments tailored to learners at all skill levels. Your work will include producing e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources that captivate and educate. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you’ll ensure all materials are technically accurate, relevant, and cutting-edge. This is your opportunity to leverage your expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design best practices, to craft learner-centered programs that drive results and inspire growth. So, what are we looking for? Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Proficiency in using e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Demonstrable success in producing training content and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Experience in defining learning outcomes and designing assessments to measure success against them. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Desirable to have a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Education and qualifications in learning design and delivery such as CIPD.
