Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

Overview:
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive tailored assistance to thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
2. Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
3. Collaborate with teachers and specialists to adapt curriculum materials.
4. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the educational team.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working with SEN students is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
4. Enhanced DBS clearance registered on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
