SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistants

* 8:30am - 3:15pm
* Providing support across school
* Leading pre-planned cover
We represent a number of special schools in the Stroud area that are looking for people that are able to provide (ideally full-time) cover as an HLTA. As HLTA, you really are the schools' all-rounder!
The schools look after students with a variation of SEND & SEMH for ages 4-16.
The role
The role of HLTA revolves heavily around leading pre-planned cover in whatever classes have a need. Being adaptable to different age groups and needs is essential, and you must be confident in your classroom management.
This opportunity is suitable for experienced TAs looking to step up into a role with more responsibility and also for any unqualified teachers. SEN experience is a must-have, but the schools are open to applications from candidates with mainstream experience.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary, and Special Schools.
Your dedicated consultant will invest time to understand your experience, skill set, and what your ideal role looks like.
