In this role you will support the development and operation of a world class, innovative, large-scale mass manufacturing plant.

Mission and role details:
A position is now available for a Quality Technician, to support the Quality Department to work as part of our QA shift teams.
Outline and Responsibilities:
Fully proficient with IATF16949:2016
Deep dive to Root Cause using 8D and Quality tools
Understanding of PFMEA and Control plans
Perform, product and process audits (internal)
Generate technical and management reports.
Carry out inspections in line with relevant work instructions
Validation activity
XRAY Analysis
Containment activities
Experience & qualifications Required:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to make fact-based decisions.
Experience of IATF16949
Experience/ understanding of IATF/TS core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC)
Strong written and verbal communication skills – reporting throughout the business at all levels and with all functions will be required.
Knowledge of APIS software (Desirable)
Excellent PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work shifts
8D Investigation lead.
Calibration & MSA understanding (Desirable)
Containment of suspect parts
Full driving license.
