Job Description
We are currently seeking an interim Team & Events Coordinator, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. \n\nThis position can be fully remote (UK only). This is a part-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 22 hours and 30 minutes per week, working 3 days per week.
Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £33,500 (Full time Equivalent) per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nTeam Co-ordination\nOnboarding, induction and training programme completion, complete training, stay connected with each other - this role will help them through diary management and team meeting scheduling and delivery of agenda agreed with CSP Lead.\nManaging Global travel and onboarding requirements - in connection with Unilever central resources responsible for managing travel and expenses for select team members where capacity allows.\nSupport of team communication of CSP lead to ensure maximisation of the team connectedness \n\nCustomer events planning\nSupport and co-ordination of customer events based in UK and Globally \n\nPoint of Sale and Innovation Process support\nBrand team meeting scheduling and actions tracking and management\nSchedule and manage agenda for Innovation project team connections\nManage the communication and storage of pre materials and assist CSP team preparation of Investor Board meetings \n\nBudget Management support\nSupport CSP team to manage budget and learn how to manage their own budget\nEnsure team are reviewing regularly and re forecasting to deadline and create process for team to deliver on time in full in future without support - set in place cadence and process for self management \nRaise and receipt POs to deadline where team do not have capacity, teach team members how to Raise Pos once established and an expert yourself.Context & Main purpose of job\n\nSupports the delivery of the Global Customer Planning team agenda\n\nCreation and establishment of Global team ways of working\nEstablishment of team on Management of new business process\nCustomer event planning and co-ordinationKPIs and Dimensions\n\nBudget management to deadline and accuracy\nTeam connections and relationship building progression\nOperational effectiveness of the BG CSP team\nCommunication effectiveness of BG CSP TeamKey Skills & Knowledge\n\nCommunication\nBudget management\nOrganisation\nPeople Engagement\nTravel management\nStandards of Leadership\nThrive and Flex to bring structure to unstructured environmentsRelevant Experiences \n\nCommunication across multiple cultures and time zones\nBudget management\nSupport and admin
