Our TJX team in Mallusk, Newtownabbey, NI is seeking a skilled and dependable individual who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in this field to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is a full-time, initial 3 months temporary position with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 to 16:30. Job description Brief and debrief drivers accurately and on time. Prepare and reconcile delivery paperwork. Administer defect processes. Perform data entry tasks. Administer and report tachomaster. Update shipping MI. Check lane integrity. Investigate manifest errors. Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly customer reports. Check customer centric processes are being followed (LP Paperwork). Reconcile warehouse system following investigations.
