The role Ensures the overall smooth running and administrative support to the EA team and Chiefs at Brompton, with a cohesive and collaborative approach, reporting into the EA to the Chiefs. We are looking for someone who can grasp a task, and get things done. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be able to efficiently get administrative tasks completed in a timely fashion. A varied PA role, alongside traditional duties such as diary management, expenses and meeting organisation, you will have the opportunity to get involved in different projects along the way. Main Duties: PA Support Organise and maintain diaries of the Chiefs as required. Field diary requests and ensure agenda and meeting requirements are clear. Key Meeting preparation e.g. ordering refreshments, booking rooms, acquiring pre-read materials ahead of meetings. Ensure focus time is blocked out, enabling the Chiefs time for strategic thinking. Utilise AI technologies to optimise workflow, manage priorities, and provide smarter, faster support to the Executive team. Act as a trusted filter for the Executive team. Provide guidance and act as a key point of contact for the Executive team, ensuring priorities are managed effectively. Liaise with the EA/PA team to maintain the Chiefs' Annual Cadence Calendar. Minute taking for key meetings. Assist with travel logistics and itinerary preparation. Inbox management, ensuring key emails are highlighted to relevant Chief and responses given in timely manner. Administrative Support Complete visitor request forms for all visitors reporting to the Chiefs, liaising with Reception regarding any site visitors. Provide assistance in ordering bikes for the CEO and Chief VIPs. Offer general administrative support to the Chiefs. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures. Support the Company Secretary (CoSec) with administrative duties, as needed. Event Support Assist in organisation and logistics of internal events including the AGM and Departmental All Hands. Assist with Exec/C-Suite tours, liaising with Reception as required. Communication support To act as a conduit between the Chiefs, their teams, and the CEO by coordinating internal diaries and meetings, liaising effectively with colleagues and ensuring a high regard for excellent customer service and discretion both internally and externally. Skills Required Demonstrable experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant role Excellent communication and teamworking ability. Strong organisational skills. Excellent Presentation skills and attention to detail. Have excellent working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
