The department will be able to accommodate a special interest. This post is ideal for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate who has completed Core Training in Cardiothoracic Surgery or equivalent with further 1-2 years post completion experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery environment. The Fellowship will provide opportunities for delivering service in a variety of settings and is particularly suitable for candidates who wish to attain general competencies in Higher Surgical training for Cardiothoracic Surgery. This post is available immediately for a period of 12 months. Candidates must be able to evidence MCRS and specify the date this was obtained along with the name of the awarding body on their application. This post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and will not be recognised for training Full registration with a licence to practise with the GMC is required.
