Responsibilities:
1. Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
2. Diagnose mechanical issues using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
3. Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates
4. Complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
6. Uphold Riverside Motor Group's commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician or similar role
2. Proficiency in handling of automotive parts
3. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
4. Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
6. Certification in automotive repair or related field is preferred
