Join our Clients team of Business Development Managers (or Performance Directors) and provide growth-oriented business support to their national network of award-winning Franchises, through consulting, coaching and mentoring on our business models, systems, tools and know-how. The BDM’s goal is to Drive Franchisor Completions Income Fees at a rate of not less than 24 Annual Sales Completions per Franchise (average) within the accountable area of the PD.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive Franchise Income -Lead the growth of completion fee sales and lettings, while generating additional revenue through preferred suppliers.
* Maximise Franchisee Profitability - Optimise gross income through sales volume, fees, and expanding lettings portfolios (new managed lets and rental acquisitions).
* Generate additional income through solicitor referrals and mortgage referrals (e.g. The Mortgage Genie).
* Minimise costs and ensure operations align with the Operational Phase model.
* Increase conversion rates to maintain a consistent level of success.
* Lead and Support Franchisees - Provide expert guidance through learning, consulting, and accountability.
* Foster skills development and help franchisees leverage business models, systems, tools, and resources.
* Promote and maintain the Company culture within your franchisee network.
* Business Development - Continuously improve business models, systems, tools, and resources to enhance franchisee performance.
