We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Team Clerk, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.39 - £15.50 per Hour
Responsibilities:
* To maintain Team Clerk/Admin Outlook Mailboxes
* To maintain Team Clerk CareFirst desktop
* To support social work teams and managers across the service administratively.
* To enter contact and referral information on CareFirst and process partner referrals and recordings in relation to supervised contact.
* Assist with duty rota for social work and Personal Adviser Teams.
Qualifications:
* Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level
* Recent experience of working in an office setting
* Experience of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Please note:
* You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
* You should have right to work in U.K
* This role requires an enhanced DBS
