IT Support Analyst needed for this large, national, professional organisation. The role is joining an internal technology team, focused on delivering first class 1st / 2nd Line IT Support to internal staff in their Leeds office. What You'll Be Doing: Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues to completion, escalating when necessary Deploying and maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, and associated software on Windows 10 Enterprise Supporting users with application access, network printing, and multi-function devices Managing storage space and network volumes, ensuring efficient and secure use Assisting with software deployment and resolving local network issues Ensuring system security through updates, patches, and adherence to IT security protocols Managing IT processes for starters and leavers Delivering user training and guidance to promote effective use of IT systems Your Skills & Experience: Strong experience supporting Windows 10 Enterprise Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with virtualisation technologies Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively Skilled in wireless networking and AV equipment Familiarity with centralised helpdesk systems and IT security best practices Personal Attributes: Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, diplomatic, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities Proactive learner who thrives under pressure and is self-motivated Team-oriented with a professional, approachable demeanour Why Join?
