We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Project Management Support Officer who will provide day to day project management support with a focus on the operational and logistical aspects of our work around the country. The post is fixed term for 12 months and will be home based, so the postholder can be based anywhere in the country, as are our other team members. We are happy to consider secondments. Main duties of the job Support the day to day operational and logistical delivery of Altogether Betters portfolio of programmes, working closely with ABs Director and key associate team members and taking a lead on administrative aspects of our work. Support ABs Director in seeking and securing a range of income streams to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation. For example, preparing operational budgets, delivery timelines and milestones, options appraisals, business cases, contributing to tender preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy of contractual paperwork. Set up and manage systems and procedures to ensure that all our contractual/grant obligations are met. Undertake key business processes such as procurement of suppliers to meet business needs and monitoring budget income/expenditure. Use analytical skills to gather, analyse, interpret and report on activity and evaluation data in a way that is accessible to different audiences Lead on ensuring Altogether Better online presence is current and active, eg capturing stories and news from our work in order to update website, post to LinkedIn etc, bringing in specialist expertise where necssary.
