Canmoor is looking for an Office / Team Assistant to join our London business on a part-time basis.
We are a private property company based in the heart of the West End and we would like to invite candidates with office administration experience to join the team.
Duties include:
* Managing the reception area of the office, meeting and greeting visitors
* Reporting to the office manager, supporting the office function and rest of the team in ad-hoc tasks
* Managing the diaries of the team - booking meetings and events
* Assisting in the processing of invoices and liaising with external suppliers
* Writing copy for the website, creating engaging content for social media.
* Supporting on campaigns and events
* Responsible for creating presentations that are impeccably formatted to send to external clients
Who we are looking for:
• Excellent Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative / capable of writing engaging copy for our social channels
• Exceptionally organised and capable of balancing several tasks and managing time productively
• Previous experience of working in an office environment
• Knowledge of commercial property is a plus but not essential
• A friendly person with a positive attitude
(3 days per week, hours are 8-5 or 9-6, plus cover of the office manager's annual leave; so some flexibility is essential)
