Company: Marsh Commercial Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Carlisle. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days per week in the office. The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for servicing a range of commercial insurance policies. As a Client Advisor, once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, this can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented. We will rely on you to: Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Manage all day-to-day queries, new business, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience. Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients. What you need to have: Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments.
