What You'll Do As a Supply Network Planning Process Manager, you will work with the regional Supply Planning teams to establish Supply Network Planning best practices and policies, ensure their adherence, work with IT on system enhancements at the regional and global levels, and work with the data analytics teams to develop exception management tools and processes. As a primary owner of JDA/SAP Supply Network Planning business process, you will support Supply Network Planners across the Tools & Outdoor organization, drive continuous improvement, and play a major role in leading roll outs of our Global Supply Network Planning Process systems integration and enhancement initiatives. Additionally, you will play a major role in the ongoing SAP IBP implementation and rollout, support change management, and lead user's training plan. You'll get to: - Develop and support global Supply Network Planning processes and policy definition, to ensure best-in-class functional design, implementation, and adherence - Maintain process maps of system and business processes for supply network planning existing capabilities, and support with development of new/enhanced ones, including lifecycle - Develop reporting mechanisms for exception management. Work with the Supply Network Planning Managers to develop key reports and analytics - Monitor adherence and maintain exception reporting rhythms to ensure consistency of processes and accuracy of data, including safety stock - Ensure coordination of tasks and resources to support projects rebalancing of supply, proactively managing risks and communication with project stakeholders, as per functional playbook. - Develop and update training documents including best practices and quick reference guides - Lead regular trainings for end-users in conjunction with IT and Business Partners, and address system process related issues/questions from SC organization - Liaise between business stakeholders and Engage (IT) teams to understand/interpret requirements for a collaborative design and delivery on solutions. Work in alignment with the Planning Hub to ensure leading practices on Supply Network Planning are embraced during SAP IBP implementation Who You Are - BS Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field - 5 years of Supply Chain, Supply Planning, and Project ownership experience - Strong knowledge of Supply Planning principles and systems, SAP IBP experience - Excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment - Ability to influence without authority and be a change agent - High level of curiosity for systems and enthusiasm and a passion for excellence We Don't Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
