Gist is currently recruiting for a PMO Coordinator on a full time Permanent home-based hybrid working basis, with regular travel to Chineham, London and Gist sites as required.
The PMO Coordinator provide our Logistics Projects and Programme Managers with effective support, ensuring key programme documents (RAID logs, RACI’s, project plans and reports) are managed on a daily basis.
As PMO Coordinator, you will own and manage archiving and storage of all project and programme documentation (the project libraries), prepare and manage project governance sessions and analyse information from multiple workstreams to inform actions and drive project progress. You will play a key role in partnering across several teams, including Supply chain, IT, Engineering, Business Analysis, Project Sponsors & Managers.

PMO Coordinator role details:
Salary: Up to £39.5K
Hours: 37.5 per week
Working pattern: Monday – Friday
Location: Home-based hybrid working (with regular travel to Chineham, London and Gist sites as required)
PMO Coordinator key accountabilities & responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate internal and external SME’s, stakeholders, suppliers and partners in a cohesive manner to ensure projects are well supported.
* Review project risks and mitigation to facilitate effective decision making.
* Keep key business partners aligned and engaged throughout the projects.
* Support effective workshops, which include requirements gathering, process mapping, inter-dependencies and risks.
* Manage existing and generate new project plans with key milestones.
* Ensure effective management of deliverables to time, quality, cost and benefit.
* Create presentation material to maintain stakeholder engagement in the projects.
* Make recommendations on ‘best practices’ to ensure projects are managed as smoothly as possible.
* Quality control of key project artefacts (plans, RAIDD logs, Status reports).
As PMO Coordinator, the ideal candidate will have:
* Demonstrable history working within a PMO function, supporting complex and fast paced projects, to time, cost, scope and benefit.
* Solid experience working in Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG or Food industries.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence and inform others.
* Flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly and expertly.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues of varied seniority across multiple disciplines.
* Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile).
* Prince 2 or similar project management accreditation is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to articulate a projects status effectively whilst tailoring communications to suit difference stakeholders and audiences.
