Salary Range: £25,000 to £35,000, plus mobile phone, and laptop

At To Go Micro Kitchens, we specialise in managing office pantries for corporate clients, providing snacks, drinks, coffee machines, fresh products, and even cleaning and stationery supplies. We’re passionate about delivering excellence and building lasting partnerships with our clients.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our Sales Department and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

1. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring clients’ needs are met and exceeded.
2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing exceptional service to retain and grow accounts.
3. Identify and act on upselling opportunities to increase account value.

New Business Development:

1. Prospect and acquire new clients in line with the annual sales targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
3. Present tailored solutions to prospective clients, focusing on how To Go Micro Kitchens can meet their needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
2. Communicate effectively with internal teams to address client requirements and concerns.

General Duties:

1. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
2. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward goals.

Key Goals:

1. Achieve revenue growth targets for 2025 through a combination of account management and new business acquisition.
2. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
3. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships within and outside the organisation.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of sales and account management experience, with a proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
2. Must have experience in facilities management solutions, office supplies, or the corporate services industry.
3. Familiarity with selling food and beverage solutions is highly desirable.
