Job Description:
The role of Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments in and around East Anglia. Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out development inspections as necessary to ensure the company's responsibilities are met.
* Proactively communicating with customers regarding management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly.
* Effectively managing relationships with customers, responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and reporting to clients regularly.
* Resolving customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
* Liaising with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
* Source, appoint, and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
* Ensuring all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
* Ensuring adherence to all Health & Safety and Industry legislation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:
* At least 3 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
* ATPI qualified (desirable).
* An understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
* A proven track record in customer service with excellent communication skills.
* A proven track record of budgeting and account management.
* Full UK driving license.
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
* Previous experience in contract management.
* Client-focused, organized, self-motivated, with the ability to use initiative and work to tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail while maintaining perspective and making informed decisions.
