Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration
1. Daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams across US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Germany, Canada and Australia; supports annual open enrolments
2. Management of inbound benefits queries, delivering targeted SLAs; be the front-line support to see to the resolution of employee related benefits questions/issues
3. Maintains benefits collateral within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday
4. Supports monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll tracker
5. Ensures all benefit invoices are reconciled, logged, and processed for payment
6. Supports benefits compliance activities (ACA reporting, NDTs, P11ds, etc)
7. Responds to questions regarding various types of Leaves of Absence and instructs employees regarding the application process for the appropriate leave
Cross Collaboration
8. Ensures accuracy of benefits processes by working closely with various departments across HR, Talent, Finance, Legal and IT
9. Participates in new employee orientation as needed
10. Supports global Wellness initiatives including coordination of events; collaborates with Employee Resource Groups
11. Understanding and flexibility of scheduling as this is a global role and will sometimes require availability for meetings outside of the normal scheduled hours to accommodate multiple stakeholders and vendor time zones
External Vendor Relationships
12. Effective relationships with our brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues, manage plan activities, and ensure data integrity through our integrations; problem solves when systems don’t align
13. Audits and reconciles benefits census against vendor census quarterly
About you:
14. Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll or related field
15. Highly organized, problem solver, who can operate in a fast-paced KPI environment
16. Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with experienced legal professionals, internal teams, and external vendors
17. Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
18. Proactive, pragmatic, and task focused
19. Excellent systems skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
20. Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable Criteria:
21. Experience in Workday
22. Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits
23. Advanced MS Excel skills
24. Experience in processing payroll
