The role will focus and lead on the provision of agile, patient-focused transactional HR services by providing innovative, dynamic HR guidance, strategies and solutions to the Trust on workforce and HR priorities and meeting key strategic and operational objectives. The successful candidate will provide strategic vision and leadership in the development and comprehensive delivery of HR Operations incorporating the following functions: People Services, HR Information Systems and Workforce Rostering. The role will also entail working closely with HR Business Partners to support the delivery of our objectives across the strategic workforce agenda.
The post holder will be responsible for building the People Service team to ensure it consistently promotes efficiency, flexibility, innovation, expertise, quality and improved value generation, and for creating functions which are responsive and proactive in the delivery of a first-class customer service. As a corporate Associate Director and senior manager, you will support the delivery of the People strategy and agenda, enabling the delivery of high quality and compassionate healthcare services. There really isn’t a more exciting time to join team UHBW, as the NBT and UHBW Trust Boards have agreed to transition to a Group model structure for the provision of the Joint Clinical Strategy developed in partnership by the two Trusts. As part of this work the People Teams are involved in several enabling workstreams across the people teams and this post will lead and support delivery of these.
