The Opportunity: We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of one year of experience as a 360 tech recruiter. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a vibrant, fast-paced environment where they can have an opportunity to influence the direction of the department and grow their career. As Akoni Resourcing (a service under Akoni Technologies) is recently launched, we expect this person to be heavily involved in acquiring new business and bringing in tech clients. You should have some experience in tech client acquisition and be comfortable working with minimal supervision after the initial onboarding. What You'll Do: Work closely with our team to identify and recruit top tech talent. Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the department. Engage with clients and candidates, building strong, lasting relationships. Actively participate in new business development and client acquisition. Manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input and expertise. Be willing to participate in video content for the company and represent Akoni Technologies in presentations and client calls. Travel internationally as required. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a 360 tech recruiter, with some experience in tech client acquisition. Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends. A basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform is a nice-to-have. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable with presentations and calling. Organisation: Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mindset: Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Independence: Comfortable working with minimal supervision after initial onboarding.
