Due to continued growth, the client is looking to onboard an experienced Office Administrator based in Norwich (hybrid working, 3 days a week on site). This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator, or someone with office experience looking to continue their career within Office Administration.
Description
Facilitate day-to-day administrative operations
Act as the 'go to' person for all office needs, i.e. stationary, kitchen supplies, liaising with external contacts
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings and events
Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met and maintained
Compile and update records and databases
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Assist with expenses and invoicing
Ensure office procedures adhere to company policiesProfile
A successful Office Administrator should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
