About Our Client
Exciting New Temporary Office Manager Position in Cambridge who are seeking an interim for 8-12 weeks.
Job Description
* Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Cambridge office.
* Greets visitors, making them feel welcome and ensuring they are looked after throughout the duration of their visit.
* Responsible for the smooth flow of deliveries both in and out of the office, ensuring effective distribution, ensure deliveries are safe and secured and do not present tripping hazards
* Monitor and oversee the level of service provided by the cleaning contractors.
* Ensure adequate stock levels of housekeeping materials (office, kitchen, loo and first) are maintained.
* Organise lunches, and refreshments for management committee and external meetings as requested.
* Ensure the office and meeting rooms are always clean, tidy and well presented.
* Conduct regular floor walks to ensure no safety hazards and kitchens are well stocked.
* Review all invoices, raise PO's and claim expenses monthly.
* Ad hoc tasks/projects in line with reasonable management instruction.
* Support the EAs with events and as requested.
* Work collaboratively with IT team to ensure the site is well run in terms of IT needs identifying any ongoing issues and support the resolution.
* Continuous improvement of the office environment, enhancing processes, communicating to employees and driving excellence.
