Job Title- Resident Liaison Officer\n\nLocation- Leeds\n\nSalary- £25,000-£28,000\n\nAre you an excellent communicator with a track record of providing resident engagement during all stages of social housing projects?\n\nAre you able to converse with customers from a range of backgrounds and are able to deal with complaints with a professional manner?\n\nWe are working with a leading contractor who work on behalf of housing providers across the country to deliver improvement works. They have a number of ongoing contracts including kitchen and bathroom refits, and further major works. The are looking for a resident liaison officer who with experience of excellent customer service and face to face communication.\n\nAs a resident liaison officer, you will;\n\nBe the first point of contact for residents during scheduled works\nMake sure that residents are informed and happy with all updates\nRespond to complaints and issues that arise\nKeep detailed reports of resident feedback\nAttend site visits with the site manager and conduct progress surveys when requiredAs a resident liaison officer, is it required that you;\n\nHave excellent face to face and telephone communication skills\nHave experience within social housing, and ideally construction/repairs teams\nHave a full clean driving licence\nHave a clean criminal record for enhanced DBS checksAs a resident liaison officer, you will receive;\n\n£25,000-£28,000 dependent on experience\nAccess to a fleet vehicles and fuel card\n23 days annual leave plus bank holiday\nPension scheme\nRetail discounts and health and well-being benefitsIf this sounds of interest to you, or you know someone that may be a good fit, please get in touch
