Cpl is actively recruiting for a Performance and Procurement Specialist to join a market leader within the retail industry with HQ based in Banbridge, County Down.

About the role:
As Performance & Procurement Specialist the successful candidate will have a Lean Mindset and a drive to continuously improve revenue performance and is strategic about the procurement process.
This role is ideal for an individual who is not only comfortable with data and reporting but also brings an energetic and team-oriented approach to their work. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities will include :
Revenue Performance
Maximize Revenue: Ensure the best revenue performance by procuring the most engaging products.
Seasonal Strategy: Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with seasonal trends and consumer demand.
Procurement
Product Selection: Identify and source products that will drive engagement and revenue.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality.
Stock Management
Inventory Control: Oversee the selection and distribution of stock to field service engineers.
Efficiency: Ensure efficient stock levels are maintained to meet demand without overstocking.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Performance Tracking: Use data to track and understand performance
Reporting: Generate reports that provide insights into machine performance and stock management efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Process Optimization: Continuously seek ways to improve procurement and stock management processes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to implement improvements and share best practices.
What you’ll need to succeed?
· Experience within procurement & stock management
· Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and generating reports.
· Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
· Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

What’s on offer?

Mon - Thurs 8.15am - 5.00pm
Early finish on Fridays @ 2.30pm
Base Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)
Substantial Performance Bonus can be achieved with agreed targets.
