Customer Service Advisor
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll be provided with all the training you need to "jump on" the phones, helping house owners, tenants, commercial landlords, and industrial property owners and developers with a range of queries and updates on repairs that are being or need to be carried out on their properties.
You will need to be a confident communicator, keen to help resolve problems through positive customer service, and able to multi-task, especially during busy periods.
The Role:
1. Each call will require you to take down details of the specific situation, updating the system accordingly.
2. Booking in appointments.
3. Transferring calls through to the wider business if needed.
