We're currently recruiting a dedicated Costa Coffee Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver the perfect cup of coffee to every customer
* Provide an exceptional customer experience
* Prepare hot and cold foods
* Use tills and cash handling
* Maintain high levels of health and hygiene in store
* Lead shifts when required, including opening or closing of the store
* Train and support Baristas in delivering an unbeatable coffee experience
* Make and present hot and cold foods, including sandwiches, paninis, and toasties
* Manage cash of tills and floats
* Order consumables/Food and accept deliveries
* Comply with store and hospital safety standards
* Review monthly audit scores and ensure standards are delivered 100% of the time
* Be knowledgeable about products and answer customer queries in a timely fashion
* Communicate any changes or introduction of new drink recipes
Our ideal Costa Coffee Team Leader will:
* Be passionate about customer service
* Able to work under pressure
* Confident working in a hospital environment
* Have previous barista experience and supervisory knowledge (advantageous), including completing rotas, performance reviews, and return to work interviews
* Possess a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
* Act as a brand ambassador with a strong passion for coffee standards
* Be quality driven, with sound knowledge of health and safety and awareness of food and hygiene standards
* Communicate effectively with all customers, including patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
* Be confident working in a hospital environment, understanding that you may meet patients who are unwell or distressed
* Possess good IT skills; fully competent in Microsoft Office and educated to GCSE level in English and Maths
* Understand that this position is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Service check; costs met by the employer
