Civil Litigator / Commercial Property Solicitor
* Annual Salary:£45,000 - £55,000
* Location:Farnborough, Hampshire
* Job Type:Full-time, Hybrid Working
We are seeking skilled and motivated Solicitors to join our dynamic legal team in Farnborough. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with office-based duties. We are looking for professionals in both Civil Litigation and Commercial Conveyancing.
Day-to-day of the role:
Civil Litigation Solicitor Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and personal injury claims.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case documentation.
* Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor Responsibilities:
* Handle a variety of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
* Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
* Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
* Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in either civil litigation or commercial conveyancing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
* Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
