My client are experts in their field of Air conditioning and Refrigeration. They are an established defence contractor, designing, manufacturing, and supplying cooling solutions to all areas of the military.
Job Role
1. Answer and direct customer telephone calls
2. Manage the sales inbox, distributing messages accordingly
3. Manage incoming purchase orders from customers and pass to relevant department for acceptance and acknowledgement
4. Manage customer sales delivery date changes if they occur
5. Liaise with the procurement department to ensure on time delivery of products and services to customers
6. As required complete the Customer Relationship Management Tool
7. Distribute technical queries from customers to the relevant internal department and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Communicate with customers after receipt of delivery to obtain feedback
9. Additional administrative tasks where required and directed by the management team
Required Skills
1. Excellent communication and front of house skills
2. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
3. A keen eye for detail
4. Ability to conduct simple administrative problem solving
5. Ability to build rapport with customers
6. Experience in MS Office and MRP systems
